Among them, the independently developed "intelligent processing unit" series of equipment attracted widespread attention from the industry, and received intended orders of 380 million yuan on the first day of the exhibition.
In this exhibition, Nuoken Machinery's booth covers an area of 300 square meters, adopting an immersive experience design to display the whole process of the intelligent production line through a combination of virtual and real methods. The star product "NKM-2000 intelligent processing unit" integrates the functions of CNC lathes, milling machines, measuring instruments, and other equipment. The equipped AI process planning system can automatically generate the optimal processing plan. Operators only need to input product parameters, and the system can complete the whole process from programming to processing, saving 70% of the preparation time compared with the traditional processing mode.
The "high-speed drilling and tapping center" developed for the processing needs of new energy vehicle motor shells has also attracted much attention. The equipment adopts a dual-spindle design, with a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm, which can complete the processing of 12 holes of the motor shell within 1 minute, with the precision controlled within 0.005 mm. During the on-site demonstration, the equipment ran continuously for 8 hours, and the processing qualification rate remained 100%, attracting buyers from Germany, Japan, and other countries to stop and negotiate.
The company's marketing director said that the exhibition received more than 500 batches of customers at home and abroad, 30% of whom were international customers contacted for the first time. The 12 customized equipment orders signed during the exhibition will all adopt Chinese-English bilingual operating systems, adapting to industrial standards of different countries, marking the increasingly mature international marketing system of Nuoken Machinery.
