Noken mechanical has obtained IATF 16949 certification, and more than 30 patents .
Noken mechanical has 4 automatic casting lines, 15 small casting machines, 12 various furnaces, 41 sand core machines. With 1.5 million core production, annual output of 500 thousand cylinder head, other small products annual production capacity of 1 million . We has 2 processing workshops , with about 200 CNC machine centers, including 2 produce line with 6-axis intelligent industrial robot. 20% of the CNC are imported equipment from Wia, Wheeler machine tool and Yida Riping, etc. We also import Duer automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine from Germany.
Noken mechanical had build a Constant temperature and humidity testing center , with a number of high-precision international first-line brand Hexagon three-coordinate intelligent monitoring stations. All these equipments help us to meet the different requirements from different customer.
