After 18 months of construction, the smart factory project invested 230 million yuan by Zhejiang Nuoken Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was officially put into production recently. The factory is built according to Industry 4.0 standards, realizing the whole-process intelligent management from raw material storage to finished product delivery, and the production efficiency is increased by more than 60% compared with traditional factories.
Walking into the workshop of the smart factory, 56 industrial robots work accurately under the command of the intelligent scheduling system, AGV unmanned transport vehicles shuttle along the preset tracks to transport materials, and high-definition cameras monitor production data in real-time and upload them to the cloud platform. By deploying a 5G + industrial internet system, the factory has achieved 100% equipment interconnection rate, 98% numerical control rate of key processes, and the product defect rate has been reduced to below 0.3‰.
The smart factory focuses on the production of high-precision hydraulic valve groups and servo motor housings. The introduced digital twin technology can simulate the entire production process in real-time, early warning equipment failures and process deviations in advance. According to the factory director, through the intelligent scheduling system, the order delivery cycle has been shortened from 45 days to 18 days, the raw material inventory turnover rate has increased by 80%, and energy cost savings of about 3 million yuan can be achieved annually.
Relevant local government leaders attending the commissioning ceremony said that the completion and commissioning of Nuoken Machinery's smart factory provides a demonstration sample for the transformation and upgrading of regional manufacturing industries and will drive upstream and downstream enterprises to accelerate intelligent transformation. At present, the factory has received the first batch of orders from Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion, and other enterprises, with a total amount of 120 million yuan.
